This policy explains how Baronyx ("Baronyx IT", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website, it.baronyx.us.
1. Information we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the topics you selected and your message.
What is collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Fonts and script libraries load from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising tags.
When you arrive from a campaign link, the page also records the campaign details (for example utm_source or an ad click id), the referring site and the first page you landed on, and sends them with the contact form so we know which campaign led to your enquiry.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare a scope or proposal you asked for, and to provide services under any agreement we make with you.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (delivering enquiry emails) and Google (email and the spreadsheet where enquiries are recorded), plus any measurement tools listed in section 1. They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to work with you, and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (section 5).
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@baronyx.us and we will respond within 30 days. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
6. California residents
If you live in California you have the rights described in section 5 under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
7. Where it is processed
Our service providers and team may store or access information from outside your state or country. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is processed.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
